El Monte Concrete was founded in 2022 by a concrete professional who grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and spent years watching homeowners get burned by contractors who quoted low, skipped proper base preparation, and left when the concrete started cracking two years later. El Monte homes are mostly 50 to 70 years old, sitting on clay-heavy soils that shift with every wet and dry season. That combination punishes careless work fast.
We built this company around doing the job right the first time. That means spending real time compacting the base before a single yard of concrete is poured, pulling every permit the City of El Monte requires, and showing up to every job ourselves. We are based here, we work here every week, and we know what the soil, the climate, and the neighborhoods demand from a concrete project.
